WRU's 'Secret weapon' will soon be ready!

The WRU's secret weapon will soon be unleashed in time for the clash with Scotland at Murrayfield next week.

Graham Henry will introduce the Welsh team to their new indoor training comlex in the grounds of the 300-acre Vale of Glamorgan Hotel, Golf and Country Club. It will be the only one of its kind available to a northern hemisphere
team.

The £1.2m state of the art training facility will include a playing area half the size of a rugby pitch, bordered by a two-lane synthetic running track. Apart from the training facilities the centre will include a physio room, briefing and press room, viewing gallery, Gymnasium and relaxation room.

The centre will be stratiegically placed in the tree lined hollows of the hotels ground, invisible from the other guests.

The comlex will also include a revolutionary hypoxic chamber, assimilating high-altitude training - providing in a fortnight the benifits of four weeks' intensive training under normal training.
